The Design Control Committee is responsible for reviewing new construction, renovation plans, pools, and other improvements. Better safe than sorry as paint colors, fences, decks, and many other projects require the approval of the DCC.

We hold a community wide yard sale every Spring and Fall. Residents wanting to participate must submit a request to participate to have their home listed on the community map.
